New Video!: Bevy Smith's Winter Style Tips Print E-mail
bevy_smith.jpg I've had enough of the cold winter and all this snow, and just when I was ready to hide under a bulky sweater and hat until Spring, I ran into style maven, Bevy Smith at the launch of McDonald's new Fruit & Maple Oatmeal event in New York City, where she dropped a few tips for every winter-weary fashionista.Watch the video here.

On Video: Bevy Smith's Winter Style Tips

I don't know about you, but I'm done with winter. Here in New York City, it's been snow after snow after snow mixed with unbearable cold after cold after cold. You get what I mean. I'm ready to hide under my favorite sweater and hat until Spring. Thankfully, I ran into style mave Bevy Smith at McDonald's first taste event for their new Fruit and Maple Oatmeal. Laura Posada and Jeannie Mai were also on hand,

Bevy shot a great video with some fresh ideas from faux furs to color pops (watch it now!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNG_5vbfrhg) and also shared these great tips for winter style:

1. Warm up your fashion palette--slip into rich velvet, caramel wool and chunky oatmeal-colored sweaters

2. Indulge in a festive pair of cranberry-colored shoes or an espresso hued bootie

3. Use trends as a template when shopping. But when putting together YOUR LOOK, make sure it reflects who YOU are and on one else.
